This name variation of Nora makes the top of my list and is this week's name of the week! Norah (Nora) is oftentimes the nickname of Elenora, Lenora, Annora and Honora. However, in this case, I am much more favourable of the shortened version of these names rather than the formal/full-length versions. I think that this name can stand alone as a first name for a baby girl.
